How soon will my order be despatched? And how long will delivery take? Which courier do you use?

Despatch

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday except for bank holidays.

For orders over £50 we use the courier DPD for delivery in the UK and Europe.  We offer a same day despatch for all orders placed before midday. For orders placed after midday the order will be despatched the next working day*.  DPD will send text or email updates to you regarding your delivery.  This is a tracked delivery service which lets you know the hour your parcel will arrive.  You will also be able to change the day, time and place of your delivery.  Transit times are given below.  

For orders under £50 we aim to despatch 1-2 days after the order is placed*.  These are generally sent via the postal service and delivery can take between 2-5 days for addresses in the UK.

* Items bought on pre-order will be despatched once the item is back in stock.  

DPD Transit Times

Once an order is despatched via DPD, transit times for large items e.g Rocking Horses, Push Along Dogs, Playgyms and Ride Ons are usually:

Mainland UK addresses:  next (working) day, usually before 12 noon

UK Highlands and Islands: 1-2 working days 

European Delivery:  

1-2 days - Ireland, Holland, Belgium
2-3 days - France, Germany, Luxembourg
3-4 days - Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Slovakia, Spain
4-6 days - Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden 
4-7 days - Bulgaria, Lithuania 
6-9 days - Greece

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries that occur as a result of the courier or for unexpected events.  If you have not recieved your item in the expected time, please contact us so we can look into it for you.

How much do you charge for UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £50 and over. For orders under £50 in value, the cost is £3.95.

Do you deliver overseas?

We are able to deliver overseas, but the cost will vary according to the destination. During the order process you will be asked to select your country from a drop down list. Once selected, the shipping cost will automatically be added to your order. 

Export shipping charges are based on shipping your order in one box.  If the order will not fit in one box we will contact you to advise if extra shipping fees are required. 

Please note if you purchase 2 or more items they may fit in one box (e.g 1 x 9 month rocking horse and 1 x push along dog will fit in one box).  However, it will depend on the size of the items you purchase.  Additional shipping charges will need to be applied if 2 or more boxes are required to ship your order.

We are happy to estimate shipping costs prior to you placing an order. If you email us a list of items you wish to buy we can advise on the shipping cost. 

Please note due to variable courier costs, we are unable to provide an automatic check-out service on our website for all countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us with details of the product(s) you wish to order and your address. We will then provide you with a quote for delivery, and advise you how to make payment. Please be aware that you will need to pay any custom charges should they be charged by the country of destination.

For larger items e.g. rocking horses, push along dogs etc. - if you are planning to ship the item and wish to know the dimensions and weight of the product please go to the 'Technical Info' tab on the relevant product page on our website.

 

 

My Billing and Delivery address are different, is that OK?

We can ship your order to a different delivery address, whether it be to your workplace or a friend or family member’s home. During the order process, please specify the delivery address when prompted to do so.

My order is a gift, can you add a personalised message?

During the ordering process you will be able to specify whether your order is a gift, enabling you to add a personal message which we will add to the delivery note. Please fill in the recipient’s delivery details, add the personal message and we will take care of the rest! To keep things confidential, your order confirmation & receipt will be emailed to you and not to the recipient.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?

Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you have placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Am I able to choose the day I receive my order?

UK Customers: For orders over £50 our courier DPD will notify you (either by text or email) of the time slot they have allocated for delivering your order.  You will have the flexibility to rearrange your delivery to an alternative date/address. Please note deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not available on Saturdays or on Bank Holidays.

European Customers: For orders over £50 our courier DPD (or their affiliated partners) will notify you regarding the delivery of your order.  You will have the flexilibity to rearrange your delivery to an alternative date/address. Deliveries generally take place Monday to Friday, though can take place on Saturdays depending on local arrangements depending on the delivery country.

International Customers: Our courier will send you an emailed notification when your parcel is despatched, along with tracking details to enable you to track your order online.
